• Free Features: Real-time oil prices, market news, and basic market data
• Pro Features: Advanced predictions, historical analysis, price alerts, and premium analytics
• Data Sources: Integration with EIA, OilPriceAPI, Alpha Vantage, and other market data providers

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person is permitted

Pro Subscription

• Price: $19.00 per month, billed monthly
• Payment: Processed securely through Stripe
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data excessively
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Service

Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of billing

9. Termination
